Class CGAL::Surface_mesh_simplification::GarlandHeckbert_policies< TriangleMesh, GeomTraits >: This class is deprecated since CGAL 5.5 and the introduction of variations of Garland-Heckbert policies (Section Garland-Heckbert Cost and Placement Strategy).
