The concept AlphaShapeVertex_3
describes the requirements for the base vertex of an alpha shape.

if the underlying triangulation of the alpha shape is a Delaunay triangulation. RegularTriangulationVertexBase_3 if the underlying triangulation of the alpha shape is a regular triangulation.
